Items - Charms and Breeding

Helpful Items in the game. Oval Stone - Increases the chance of Pokémon Eggs being found at the Day Care. Shiny Charm - Increase the chance of finding a Shiny Pokémon in the wild. Destiny Knot - Give it a high chance that five of the parents' IVs will be the same on the offspring. Everstone - Passes the nature down to the offspring

Pokedex Diplomas

By completing your regional and National Pokedexes to various degrees, you can speak with the Game Director of Game Freak (who appears in the Lilycove Cove Lily after you beat the game) to receive these diplomas, which will also be available as decorations for your Secret Base.
Note that the following Pokemon do not count towards these achievements, and are thus not needed: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion.

Regional Starter Pokemon

In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire you have a chance of getting one starter Pokemon from previous regions: Johto, Sinnoh, and Unova. After you beat the Elite Four, you will have to go to Route 101 and find Prof. Birch being chased by a Pokemon and/or his wife. At this point just like the start of your journey you can get a starter. This can be repeated several times, based on how many times you've beaten the Elite Four and whether or not you've beaten the Delta Episode. You will in turn be able to obtain different starters.

As you collect Flags from more and more Super-Secret Bases, you will eventually increase in Rank and in turn unlock a number of things, as below.

Time Travel Award

To get the Time Travel Award, you must first possess a Pokemon that originated (in terms of you or another person getting it) on Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire Versions on the GBA. With such a Pokemon as your lead, after beating the Elite Four, speak with the Game Freak Director in Lilycove's Cove Lily Hotel to earn the Time Travel Award: this is a diploma you can view initially, and then view at your leisure in your Secret Base as a decoration.

Trainer Card Color Changes

Initially, your Trainer Card will start with a blue hue; however, you can change it to bronze, silver, and then gold by meeting the various conditions, each of which upgrades the Trainer Card one color.
